Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and tags intact.
- You provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:
- Opened or used perfumes and fragrances.
- Underwear and intimate apparel.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review your request promptly.
If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or a defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other eligible reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
